During the BCF Event on the 20th of May I will present a workshop on “How to present yourself on the job market?”. This workshop is an excellent way to inform you on the basics of successful job hunting.

As manager of BIRD Recruitment I have a history of 15 years in finding suitable and challenging jobs for our candidates and making sure they get and keep those positions.

I started at BIRD Engineering in 1994 right after my graduation and I set-up the recruitment activities in 1996. My study in Social Sciences  and my graduation project about the perspective of teenagers on the  job market gave insight in the difficulties of finding the ideal job and how to obtain it.

During my years as General Manager and Manager Recruitment at this biotech company I learned a lot about management, entrepreneurship and life sciences. Later on, I focused more on Recruitment, management of personnel and Marketing & Sales. At some events I performed a small number of simple lab experiments, just to get a feeling for it. 

My colleagues have extensive laboratory and/ or recruitment experience. As a team we make sure that candidates really take a next step in their career and that our clients find and keep excellent and pleasant employees.
